Abstract

The article considers the legislative framework of the government auditing of forming and controlling budgetary legislation execution. The author presents the extracts from the reports of the Counting Chamber of the Russian Federation for 2014, and also the main problems and directions of controlling federal budget execution of the RF for 2015
