Problem of fluidity of the personnel in the modern companies on the example of "the DYuMA Trade and Industrial Holding

Abstract

In this article the problem of fluidity is considered on the example of JSC Torgovo-Promyshlenny Holding DYuMA. The main activities of Trade and Industrial Holding "DYuMA" are: production and tailoring for the house and rest; wholesale and retail trade. Dynamics of number of the personnel is characterized by that the quantity of the dismissed made % in 2012, in 2013 in %, and for 2014 made 50%. This indicator shows instability of personnel structure in the organization that has an adverse effect on production and financial results of production. The salary is the only factor of motivation of the personnel of holding. However it is necessary to remember that motivating with a factor socially psychological atmosphere in the organizations and possibility of communication with colleagues is important. As the motivating factor for the worker opportunity to receive and see results of the work acts. The main solution of the problem of fluidity of the personnel, according to authors of article, development of effective system of motivation of the personnel is.
