Comparative Analysis of the Federal State Educational Standards in the Area “Economy” on Second and Third Levels of Higher Education[Сравнительный Анализ Федеральных Государственных Образовательных Стандартов По Направлению Подготовки «Экономика» Второго И Третьего Уровней Высшего Образования]

Transformation of postgraduate programs into the third level of higher education actualizes issues of organizational and methodological support of the educational process of preparing of highly qualified personnel. 01.09.2015 the majority of the Federal State Educational Standards, which regulate higher education of the third level, have been enacted. We can not say that the post-graduate student — is an improved Master’s. Masters of the economy should be able to manage the economic process, and “Researchers. Teachers-researchers “in” Economy “should be able to explore the fundamental and applied problems in various areas of the economy. This means that people who successfully complete the master’s degree does not automatically become a good researcher and a lecturer, but he (she) will be successful as a practices (manager).
