Abstract

Organization modeling beginning with multilayered architecture and having the fundamental objective of functional decoupling of modules from different layers, could directly result in obtaining a sensitive augmentation in flexibility and scalability. New modules or services can be added; some can be modified or annulled without these operations to necessarily imply inactivity periods due to structural modifications of the system. Another important advantage of modeling based on generics’ standards is that the layers that comprise of services that ensure the interface with partners can participate in the communicational standardizing process and, moreover, can evolve at the same time as the latter without significantly affecting internal processes that ensure performing/processing company transactions. From organizational psychology point of view, the standards are the frames that describe hereditary mechanisms, functionally represented by the peripheral nervous system; wich is relatively independent from the central nervous system that coordinates all support activities within the human body.
