Abstract

Our own existence is a journey to discover ourselves. Inner-world has the power to transform "I wish" in that kind of reality which confers us the belief about being the master of own life. This essay is a result of my studies regarding the journey started together with the analyst in order to discover and put together the lost pieces of the soul. Passing time, there were a lot of terms used to describe the relation created between analyst and the person in analyze: relation, therapeutic alliance, transference and counter transference, attachment. The most important thing is that there is something behind the analytical relations. Freud - father of everything considered to be psychoanalyze - noted that the relation and transference are developed in the same time. Speaking about attachment, we should begin with the childhood and Bowlby's study about attachment. The image of a "good mother" is to be considered as a crucial base for the capacity of a person to create healthy relations with others. On the other hand, it is well known the analyst's emotional attachment entanglement with a client. According with this aspect, he must play carefully the game of having a role congruent with the patient’s internal world. If the relation is developed in a healthy way, the attachment will "grow up" and will be transformed in a mature therapeutic alliance. This is to be considered the most important item in determine the inner transformance to be possible. In the end, I underlined some different points regarding therapeutic relations, taking into consideration Jung and Moreno's theories. Jung considered that the transference could be a false relation. On the other hand, Moreno considered Freud's theories about relation with the patient to be rigid and mechanic. As a conclusion, no matter which language or which way we adopt, the most important thing is that the journey to inner-world is ready to start anytime.
