Flexibilitatea salariala în societatea contemporana

Abstract

Lucrarea urmareste oferirea celor mai eficiente solutii pentru atingerea de catre tara noastra a nivelului de dezvoltare economica asociat statelor vest europene. El îsi propune divizarea flexibilitatii în trei componente si anume: flexibilitatea interna, flexibilitatea externa si flexibilitatea salariala. Analiza efectuata în cadrul studiului de fata va pune accentul pe flexibilitatea salariala. Flexibilitatea salariala o putem clasifica în patru componente: a)Planuri de stimulente individuale si pentru grupuri; b)Planuri de repartitie a câstigului din productivitate; c)Planuri de distributie a profiturilor si respectiv; d)Planuri de sugestii. Pe scurt, flexibilitatea pietii muncii în general si flexibilitatea salariala în special, contribuie la cresterea motivatiei angajatilor la locul de munca, aspect ce se reflecta în sporirea productivitatii muncii, prin aceasta punându-se bazele dezvoltarii economice pe termen mediu si lung.
