The Impact of the Fiscal Regulations on the development competivity

Abstract

The 157 Article of the Treaty regarding the setting up of the European Community contains provisions regarding the consurance of the necessary conditions for the competivity of the E.U. economy,referring to a system of open and competitive market.The fundamental principles that lead to the fulfillment of these objectives are: -speeding of the economy adaptation to structural changes -encouragement to create favourable conditions for initiave and development of the enterprises in the whole community and especially,of the small and medium sized enterprises. -encouragement to create a favourable environment for corporation between among enterprises. The secondary legislation contains provisions regarding the improvement of the business environment as well as the stimulation of the IMMs development, taking into consideration the importance they have on the unemployment reduction.In April 2000, the European Commision suggested a strategy meant to support the IMM s development in the globalization context,as well as the development of an economy based on knowledge and innovation.
