Abstract

Fiecare firma are o cultura – propriul set de crezuri, idealuri, valori si norme de conduita ce se reflecta în structurile, sistemele sale si în modul de abordare a elaborarii strategiei. Cultura organizationala deriva din trecutul si prezentul acesteia, din persoanele care activeaza în prezent în firma, din tehnologie si resurse fizice, precum si din scopurile, obiectivele si valorile celor care lucreaza în firma. Datorita faptului ca fiecare firma are o combinatie diferita din elementele mentionate mai sus, fiecare va avea o cultura unica. Paper: http://ccefa.spiruharet.ro/materiale/dder.pdf
