By the end of twentieth century, the classic patterns of capital development i.e. the banking and the capital stock and extra stock exchange markets models (the cases of Western Europe and Japan as well as the case of North America) could be identified easily. The banking system-one of the main pillar of financial-economic system illustrates its crucial vital role in the modern economy currently under the effect of continuous profound mutations.
