개혁ㆍ개방 이후 중국의 제조업 분야 산업정책과 산업구조 변화 연구 (A Study on the Changes in China's Industrial Policies and Industrial Structures in Manufacturing Sector after China's Reform and Open)

중국의 제조업 경쟁력이 빠르게 상승하면서 한·중 간의 경제협력 기회가 점차 줄어들고 있다. 이 보고서는 개혁·개방 이후 시행된 중국의 산업정책을 네 가지로 유형화하여 살펴보고, 정책 변화에 따른 중국 산업·무역 구조의 변화가 한·중 무역에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 중국 산업정책의 방향성 변화와 함께 미·중 무역 마찰 등 최근의 통상 리스크를 고려하여 한국은 정보통신기술 분야에서의 수출시장 다변화 추진, 한국의 산업기술 보호장치 마련, 글로벌 공급망 다원화와 함께 중국 내수시장 공략을 위한 중국 내 가치사슬 참여 확대가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국은 중국의 신산업 발전으로 인한 수요 증가에 대응하여 소재·부품·장비 분야의 공급능력 확대가 필요하다. As China's recent industrial advancement has changed the trade structure between Korea and China from a complementary relationship to a more competitive one, the need for research on Chinese industrial policy has increased. This report aims to analyze and evaluate changes in major industrial policies and industrial structures following China's reform and opening, thus enabling better understanding of China's industrial policies and forecasting the direction of China's industrial policies during its 14th Five-Year Plan period. In particular, unlike previous studies, this report classified China's major manufacturing policies into four types after China's reform and opening, and proposed Korea-China industrial cooperation through policy analysis and comprehensive evaluation.
