주요 중소ㆍ중견 기업의 대중국 전략 분석

Abstract

한국 중소기업의 대중국 투자가 지난 수년간 급격히 둔화되었고, 한국 중소기업의 대중국 비즈니스는 위기에 직면해 있다. 이 연구는 그 원인을 분석하고 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다. 이 연구가 기존의 중국 비즈니스 환경에 대한 연구들과 차별화되는 점은 첫째는 중국 비즈니스 경험을 가진 28개 중소기업 관계자들을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 한국 중소기업의 중국 비즈니스에 대한 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다는 것이다. 둘째는 일본, 대만, 이스라엘, 독일이라는 중국과의 경제 관계에서 중요한 의미가 있는 국가들이 지난 수년간 중국 비즈니스 전략에서 어떠한 변화가 있었는지 분석하였다. 특히 미ㆍ중 무역분쟁을 전후한 중국 비즈니스 전략 변화에 주목하였다.
