인도네시아의 산업분야 개발협력 방안 (International Cooperation for Industrial Development in Indonesia)

Abstract

Korean Abstract: 산업발전은 개도국의 고용창출과 소득증가에서 핵심적인 과제이다. 2010년 서울 G20 회의와 2011년 부산 세계개발원조 총회 등을 통하여 점차 원조효과성과 함께 개발효과성이 부각됨에 따라 산업분야 개발협력은 앞으로 더 많은 관심을 받을 것으로 보인다. 나아가 급속한 산업화를 통하여 성공적인 경제발전을 이룩한 경험이 있는 우리나라에 대해 산업분야 개발협력에서 개도국의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 배경 아래 본 연구는 우리나라와 경제협력을 강화하고 있는 인도네시아를 분석대상국가로 선정하여 인도네시아에 대한 산업분야 개발협력 현황을 살펴본 후, 그 성과를 평가하여 보았다. 이를 기초로 인도네시아와 추진이 가능한 산업분야 개발협력 프로그램을 제시하여 보았다. 본 연구가 인도네시아를 분석대상으로 선택한 이유는 무엇보다도 인도네시아가 우리나라의 중점지원 대상국으로 지원액 규모에서도 비중이 높은 국가이기 때문이다. 2000년대에 들어서도 우리나라의 인도네시아에 대한 원조 총액은 점차 증가하는 추세이며, 2012년 이후 양국간 포괄적 경제협력사업을 추진하고 있어, 앞으로 양국간의 산업분야 경제협력 가능성이 높다. English Abstract:Industrial development is crucial for creating employment and income growth in developing countries. Since the recognition of the importance of development effectiveness in addition to aid effectiveness at the recent G20 Seoul Summit and Busan High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, development cooperation in the field of industrial capability enhancement has received increasing attention from the international development community. As a country which achieved rapid development based on industrial competitiveness, Korea is now facing high demand from developing countries for development cooperation in building industrial capabilities.
