Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة قضايا مهمة في مجالات بناء القدرات لمؤسسات الزكاة ابتداء من المفاهيم الأساسية للزكاة ومؤسساتها، وكذلك مفهوم بناء القدرات وتطبيق ذلك المفهوم على تلك المؤسسات مرورا بالهياكل التنظيمية لمؤسسات الزكاة والتي قدمت الدراسة من خلالها لمحة تاريخية موجزة عن التنظيم المؤسسي للزكاة، ثم الواقع المعاصر لأنظمة الزكاة، وانتهاء بتحليل وتحديد القدرات المطلوب بناؤها في مؤسسات الزكاة وآليات ذلك، وفعالية تلك الآليات.
