Abstract

يحوي الكتاب بين دفتيه معلومات مهمة في ما ينبغي أن تكون عليه البنوك الإسلامية، وقد قام مؤلفه بتعريف مكونات النظام الإداري وأسسه في الفكر الإسلامي، ثم بيَّن دور البنوك الإسلامية في تشغيل المال، مع ذكر أنواع البنوك وسماتها والفرق بين البنك التقليدي والبنك الإسلامي، وبيان مفهوم الإدارة الاستراتيجية وأهميتها للبنوك الإسلامية، مع ذكر مستويات وأبعاد ومراحل تلك الإدارة، وكذلك أهمية التخطيط المصرفي ومفهومه والعوامل المؤثرة فيه، مع ذكر القواعد الرئيسة التي تحكم المعاملات في البنوك الإسلامية، وذكر أيضاً التنظيم الإداري وعوامله ومبادئه، وركز على أهمية الرقابة ـ بأنواعها المختلفة ـ على الأداء في البنوك الإسلامية، ثم ختم الكتاب بذكر أهمية إدارة علاقات البنوك الإسلامية مع أطراف البيئة الخارجية، وكذلك دور البنوك الإسلامية في المسئولية الاجتماعية.
