Abstract

إن أهمية دراسة أخلاق العمل وكيفية تأسيسها في نفوس الموظفين وضمائرهم تنبع من أنه بدونها ينشأ جهاز إداري غير فاعل وغير متجاوب مع حاجات الناس، كما أنه سيكون جهازاً متلبساً بالفساد الإداري. وهذا الكتاب يبرز معنى إسلامياً راسخاً ألا وهو آثار الأخلاق على إنتاجية الفرد وما يترتب على ذلك من نتائج في محيط العمل ومحيط الجماعة ككل.
