Abstract

تحليل فقهي واقتصادي يستعرض العقود الفقهية لصيغ التمويل الإسلامية المتعددة من شركة ومضاربة وبيع آجل، وبيع سلم وقرض غير ربوي وذلك لاستخلاص مفهوم التمويل الإسلامي ومبادئه مما يضع حجر الأساس في أية محاولة لصياغة أدوات تمويلية جديدة تتوافق وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية.
