Abstract

L'approvazione in Italia della nuova legge sull'impresa sociale rinnova alcuni importanti interrogativi sugli obiettivi economici e sul sistema di incentivi che determinano l'esistenza e la diffusione di una forma di impresa che si caratterizza come soggetto privato, imprenditoriale, a finalita' pubblica. L'intento di questo contributo e' di impiegare spunti teorici emersi nel recente dibattito sulla responsabilita' sociale d'impresa (d'ora in avanti Csr), per proporre alcune riflessioni sulle determinanti dello sviluppo delle imprese sociali (delle diverse forme di imprese sociali), nel contesto disegnato dalla nuova legge. Si cogliera' inoltre l'occasione per integrare, con alcuni recenti contributi della letteratura economica, precedenti lavori (Sacco e Viviani, 2005; Viviani, 2005; Viviani, 2006) sulle logiche d'identificazione ed implementazione delle politiche di Csr, e sul ruolo del Bilancio di Missione (Ecchia, Zarri, 2005) per lo sviluppo delle organizzazioni non profit.
