Abstract

Commencée en 2007 par une crise immobilière, transformée en crise financière aux Etats-Unis de par la conjonction entre un système du crédit dit « subprime » et la baisse des revenus des « couches moyennes », la crise financière s’est étendue au monde entier en quelques semaines. La contagion à tous les pays a déclenché une récession mondiale. Familles frappées par le chômage, ménages endettés, entreprises endettées, Etats endettés et bonus pour 0,1 % de la population, telle est une partie du bilan de la crise du système. Demander que les investisseurs exigent moins de rentabilité revient à demander aux lions de devenir herbivores. L’effondrement de Dubaï, fin 2009, rappelle qu’aucun des problèmes à l’origine de cette crise n’a été résolu. La fin d’une histoire ?
