Abstract

This report is about framework and processes of the setting up of reserved areas for industrial and services activities in urban planning. In France, planning documents are revised by period. A study was carryed out during a recent revision period, to analyse this process regarding the resources mobilized and thus to compare the situation in rural areas and periurban areas (case study). The result shows different regims of acrors coordination depending of the institutional framework. ...French Abstract : Ce rapport présente une recherche concernant la création de zones d'activités à l'occasion de la production et de la révision des documents d'urbanisme dans le cadre de la coopération intercommunale. Des études de cas en zones rurale et périurbaine permettent la comparaison de plusieurs configurations institutionnelles et de contextes de production de la planification locale. Le texte propose de distinguer entre plusieurs régimes de coordinations qui permettent la pacification des relations intercommunales et la coopération.
