Abstract

Palkansaajien tutkimuslaitos on julkaissut tutkimuksen ”Tulonjaon kehitys Suomessa ja siihen vaikuttavista tekijöistä 1971–1996”. Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin tulonjaon kehitystä samanaikaisesti eri tulolajien ja tulonsaajaryhmien osalta. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää, miten eri tulolajit ja tulonsaajaryhmien ominaisuudet vaikuttavat koko väestön tulonjakoon. Tulonjaon mittarina oli tulonjakotutkimuksessa yleisesti käytetty Gini-kerroin. Tutkimuksen on laatinut erikoistutkija Ilpo Suoniemi ja tutkimuksen on rahoittanut STS-säätiö.
