Ydinvoimainvestointien vaikutukset elinkeinoelämän ja kotitalouksien sähkön hintaan

Abstract

Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan kolmen ydinvoimahankkeen, Fennovoiman, Fortumin ja Teollisuuden Voiman (TVO), kansantaloudellisia hyötyjä kolmesta näkökulmasta. Ensiksi, kuinka taloudelliset hyödyt, jakautuvat pörssinoteerattujen energiayhtiödien, paikallisten energiayhtiöiden, metsäteollisuuden ja muun elinkeinoelämän välille. Toiseksi, mitä on hyötyjen jakauma elinkeinoelämän eri toimialojen kesken. Kolmanneksi, kuinka paikalliset sähköyhtiöt hinnoittelevat sähkönsä kuluttajille ja muille pienkäyttäjille. Fennovoiman hankkeessa taloudelliset hyödyt jakautuvat tasaisimmin pörssinoteerattujen ja paikallisten energiayhtiöiden, teollisuuden sekä kaupan ja palvelujen välille TVO:n hankkeessa korostuu metsäteollisuuden hyöty muun teollisuuden sekä kaupan ja palveluiden kustannuksella. Fortumin hankkeessa hyödyn saa yhtiö. Noin kolmannes Suomen kotitalouksista, jotka ovat Fennovoiman osakasyhtiöiden asiakkaina, hyötyisivät noin 10 prosenttia halvemmasta sähkön vähittäishinnasta.
