Jyväskylän koulutuskuntayhtymän Gradian koulutustoiminnan pitkittäistutkimus

Abstract

Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan kuvailevasti Jyväskylän koulutuskuntayhtymä Gradiaan opiskelijaksi hakeneita, opiskelijaksi päässeitä ja sieltä valmistuneita henkilöitä. Tutkimuksen aineistona käytetään Tilastokeskuksen henkilötason rekisteriaineistoja vuosilta 2000-2019. Tulosten mukaan gradialaisten opintojen aikaiset keskimääräiset tulot jäävät selvästi alle koko maan tason, mutta valmistuneiden osuus on ollut yli ajan koko maan keskiarvoa korkeampi. Gradiasta valmistuneiden työllisyys ja ansiot ovat lähellä kokomaan keskimääräistä tasoa. Kun tarkastelemme opiskelijoiden sijoittumista Keski-Suomen alueen yrityksiin, niin havaitsemme, että gradialaiset muodostavat merkittävän osuuden alueen yritysten työvoimasta.
