Abstract

В статье автором анализируются основные экономико-управленческие и правовые аспекты обеспечения рационального управления природопользованием и охраной окружающей среды в регионах Крайнего Севера с использованием прогрессивных методов управления. Целью статьи является определение теоретико-концептуальных основ формирования организационно-экономического механизма управления природопользованием и охраной окружающей среды регионов Крайнего Севера. Развитие устойчивого экологически сбалансированного природопользования постоянно требует совершенствования системы организационно-экономических и эколого-экономических отношений, а также соответствующих форм и инструментов их реализации, которые составляют содержательную основу механизма хозяйствования на различных иерархических уровнях управления.
