Abstract

Polish Abstract: Niniejsza publikacja powstała w ramach projektu badawczo-wdrożeniowego POKL „INNOWACJE RYNKU PRACY - testowanie i wdrażanie nowych metod promocji zatrudnienia w zawodach niszowych, ginących oraz mało popularnych", realizowanego w ramach Priorytetu VI. English Abstract: This publication was created as part of the research and implementation project POKL "INNOVATION OF THE LABOR MARKET - testing and implementation of new methods of employment promotion in niche, disappearing and not popular occupations", implemented under Priority VI. Labor market open to all, Measure 6.4 Innovative projects. the project is to adapt (create), test and then popularize (implement) in the Podlaskie Voivodeship until the end of June 2013 the model of employment promotion in vanishing occupations, underprivileged professions and in niche occupations The key idea to increase employment in these occupational groups is the promotion and changing the face (reception) of craftsmanship in attractive models: - Crafted crafts - Third Age crafts - e-Crafts Taking action in these occupational groups can significantly contribute to increasing the number of unemployed and inactive people currently belonging to disadvantaged groups in the labor market, such as: young graduates of higher education (up to 27 years of age), elderly people over 50, less-available people (people with disabilities, single mothers).
