Islamic approach to human resource development and the condition of Indian Muslims

Abstract

This paper deals with the human resource development (HRD) from the Islamic Perspective. It also takes note of India’s place in HRD, and tries to examine the condition of human resource development among Indian Muslims and concludes with certain suggestions to improve the situation.
