Abstract

La formulación e implementación de políticas públicas orientadas a la disminución de la pobreza, la desigualdad y la vulnerabilidad debe contener un marco centrado en el Desarrollo Humano (DH) y el Goce Efectivo de Derechos (GED); por consiguiente, el presente artículo se plantea como objetivo proponer estrategias en materia de políticas publica y a través del enfoque de desarrollo humano que permitan cerrar las brechas sociales y económicas por medio del fortalecimiento de capacidades locales.
