Abstract

Like other emerging countries, Morocco draws its strengths, its dynamism and its secular history to attract global leaders in various economic and financial sectors, especially, offshoring which is considered as a high potential sector. Based on this observation, it is necessary to pay close attention to studying the phenomenon of offshoring in Morocco. In this context, an analysis EMOFF seems to be relevant in assessing the prospects of development of offshore activities in the country.
