Abstract

This article seeks to survey the impact of a policy of opening to the trade balance and the competitive potential of the Tunisian economy by studying the impact of lower pricing and accompanying policies like a policy favorable exchange, growth in economic activity, the effort made in innovation and R & d and investment efforts , within the framework of a free trade area with the EU and the most Favored Nations (MFN). In a simple linear model of Panel Data, it is necessary to estimate the elasticities of short-term and long term of the primary and secondary sectors captured by the agriculture, manufacturing and nonmanufacturing,
