Abstract

W niniejszym opracowaniu podjęto próbę identyfikacji znaczeń i zastosowań tayloryzmu do opisu obecnych warunków i sposobów zarządzania. In the paper an attempt of identification of Taylorism's meanings and implementations for desribing current conditions and states of management is given. The secondary sources analysis enables to separate several interpretations which were divided in two types. The first one in the level of work organisation, the second - more general level of economics. In both perspectives the phrase 'neotaylorism' appears. As the result of conducted desk research the different meanings are discussed and explanation their nowadays validity.
