[The new ways to estimate local and total efficiency]

Abstract

There are described ways to estimate local efficiency (LE) and total efficiency (TE). LE is calculate from point of view of commercial private investor. TE is calculated for economy of state. He author critics known indicators (NPV, IRR, МIRR, РI, Pb, DPb, ЕАА, ЕАС). The author suggests two new indicators: “the indicator of the speed of specific increment in value” (IS) and “conditional bank deposit” (CBD). В монографии излагаются результаты исследований по вопросам оценки эффективности реальных инвестиций. Описываются сущест-вующие подходы к оценке локальной (с позиций коммерческого инве-стора) и глобальной (с позиций общества) эффективности. Критикует-ся использование известных показателей (NPV, IRR, МIRR, РI, Pb, DPb, ЕАА, ЕАС) для сравнения эффективности инвестиционных проектов с отличающимися суммами инвестиций и сроками. Обосновываются новые показатели, предлагаемые автором для сравнения таких проектов (условный банковский вклад, индекс скорости прироста стоимости).
