Abstract

In first part of article the logistics outsourcing in context of e-commerce was analysed. Advantages and disadvantages of dropshipping were described. Then the proposal of dropshipping model was presented. The specific character of internet shop was included in model. Next the simulation experiments and results were described. Also the future possible enhancements of the model were shown.
