La cohabitation stratégique de la structure par projet avec la structure fonctionnelle en contexte de développement de produits: élaboration d'un modèle théorique d'intégration

Abstract

Cette recherche visait l’élaboration d’un modèle théorique d’intégration des activités du projet de développement de nouveaux produits à celles des fonctions de l’entreprise. Un principe clé et cinq politiques ont émergés des don- nées. Le principe concerne la reconnaissance de l’importance du projet de dé- veloppement de nouveaux produits, des fonctions, et des coûts de leur cohabitation. Les politiques sont le partage des responsabilités, la légitimité de la participation des membres, la présence de la haute direction durant le projet de développement du produit, l’application de la notion de client à l’interne et la flexibilité du contexte organisationnel. Les implications pour la recherche sur les organisations sont discutées.
