Public Sector Capacity Refers To The Policy Capacity,Implementation Authority And Operational Efficiency Of A Government.These Are The Crucial Elements Of A Government�s Institutionalstructure To Effectively Achieve Chosen Policy Outcomes Through The Exercise Of Power And Deployment Of Resources.
