Influence Of Selected Financial Instroments On World Economic Markets
Purpose of this article is to present the effect of usage of the risk financial instruments to maximize the income, on world economic markets. The analysis has been subjected to subprime credit market, development of Mortgage-Backed Securities, Collaterized Debt Obligations and Credit Default Swaps instruments. In this paper, has been presented, relationship between those financial instrument and economic markets of USA, Germany, Greece and Spain, as well as impact on economic situation of those countries. To demonstrate scale of those financial instruments , the following indicators have been used: Gross Domestic Product, Consumer Price Index, Fiscal Balance presented as percent of GDP. Analyzed data has been taken from World Bank database. The analysis has been subjected to a period between 2003 and 2011.
