Abstract

Bangladesh aims for 30% renewable electricity by 2030, but only 5.6% of capacity is currently renewable. This study examines the incoherence among 22 power sector policies, laws, plans, and guidelines, using a quantitative network analysis to assess alignment for energy transition.
