Les Logiques Entre Managers Et Drh : Analyse De Leurs Fonctions Et De Leur Collaboration Au Sein De L’Entreprise

Abstract

Dans le but de mieux comprendre les relations de collaboration qu’entretiennent les Managers et DRH et de mieux cerner leurs logiques à savoir si elles sont complémentaires ou opposées, nous avons réalisé une analyse qualitative auprès de plusieurs managers et DRH. Les principaux résultats de notre étude démontrent que les DRH et les managers n’ont pas que des logiques contradictoires mais aussi des logiques complémentaires: les avis sont partagés selon les secteurs d’activité ou si l’on se base d’un point de vue RH ou management. Il est alors difficile de définir leur collaboration comme étant ou complémentaire ou opposée. On ressent un réel manque de proximité et de communication entre eux qui entache parfois l’efficacité de leurs relations. Plus d’implication opérationnelle de la part du DRH et une approche fonctionnelle de la part du manager en terme par exemple de droit permettrait une relation durable.
