Abstract

Ayant émergé dans un contexte d’inadaptation du modèle classique de planification aux nouvelles réalités économiques, les programmes d’amélioration de la performance sont encore peu étudiés en sciences de gestion. Cet article vise à démontrer comment ces programmes ont permis de régénérer les pratiques de planification.
