Abstract

Pemasaran jasa secara khusus yakni pemasaran pada produk dalam bentuk jasa atau produk tidak berfisik pada dasarnya berbeda dengan pemasaran pada produk berfisik. Perlu dipahami teknik pemasaran jasa tentu tidak hanya harus dikuasai pemilik perusahaan, namun juga karyawan. Tidak sedikit yang justru kondisinya lebih ahli karyawannya, karena karyawan akan fokus pada satu jenis tugas dan cabang tugas yang masih berhubungan. Sementara pemilik apa yang dipikirkan punya cabang lebih banyak. Agar lebih mudah dan sukses dalam memasarkan jasa, maka kenali dulu apa itu pemasaran jasa dan segala unsur maupun aspek yang mempengaruhinya.
