PENETAPAN TARIF KAMAR HOTEL BERINGIN DUA SOMLAKI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN (Willingness to Pay)

Abstract

Hotel merupakan salah satu penunjang dalam menjawab kebutuhan konsumen dalam berkunjung ke suatu daerah. Salah satu hotel yang menjadi lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Hotel Beringin Dua, yang terletak di Saumlaki, Kecamatan Tanimbar Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan tujuan untuk melakukan analisis terkait dengan tarif kamar hotel Beringin Dua Saumlaki dengan pendekatan welingness To pay. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Communication Method (survey dan wawancara) dan non communication method (observasi, experiment, dan kajian literatur). Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, tariff kamar hotel yang dikenakan kepada konsumen lebih rendah dari hasil yang diperoleh melalui analisis Price Sensivity Meter yang mana terdapat selisih pada kelas superior dan superior king.
