Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk memotret peran dan kaitan antara kearifan lokal masyarakat Desa Colo dengan prinsip etika lingkungan hidup dalam upaya melestarikan lingkungan alam setempat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Colo Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus memiliki peran penting untuk melakukan tindakan pencegahan kerusakan lingkungan hidup di Kawasan Muria. Proses pertahanan diri yang berupa kearifan lokal merupakan bentuk perwujudan dan peran masyarakat dalam upaya perlindungan daerah-daerah yang berpotensi sebagai tangkapan air yang berguna untuk kehidupan masyarakat desa.
