Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku untuk mencapai efesiensi biaya operasional sehingga diharapkan adanya persamaan biaya yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah method Lastquer dan Ekonomi Order Quantity ( EOQ ). maksud penelitian menunjukan bahwa CV. Jempry Sejati dalam menentukan persediaan cukup besar dimana frekwensi pesanan ramalan pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 22 kubik dengan perincian biaya pesanan Rp 2.500.000 Per Tahun dan Biaya Penyimpanan sebesar Rp 1.000.000, sedangkan ,menggunakan analisis EOQ Fov Usage maka frekwensi pesanan adalah 24 Kubik da;lam setahun dengan perincian biaya pesanan Rp 2.500.000 per kubik dan Biaya penyimpanan sebesar Rp 1.000.000. sehingga total biaya yang merupakan jumlah dari biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan adalah Rp 24. 000.000.
