Abstract

Kepemimpinan Cendekia adalah sebuah frasa yang unik. Biasanya kita mengenal istilah kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transaksional, kepemimpinan karismatik, dan lain-lain. Namun, buku ini menawarkan judul Kepemimpinan Cendekia, yang merupakan antologi—kumpulan ide dan pengalaman empiris-praksis dari para praktisi dan akademikus yang diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa tulisan. Seperti apa yang disampaikan penulis, Nina Kurnia Dewi pada buku ini, yakni bagi seorang pemimpin baru diperlukan quick learning (belajar cepat), dan pentingnya keteladanan sang pemimpin yang disampaikan penulis lainnya, Dr. Taufan Maulamin. Quick learning dan keteladanan merupakan wujud nilai-nilai kepemimpinan cendekia.
