Abstract

Etika organisasi dapat diartikan sebagai tatanan moral yang digunakan oleh setiap elemen organisasi untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan organisasi. Secara umum timbul pertanyaan faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi etika organisasi. Kondisi ini dapat diidentifikasi sebagai berikut: (1) Apakah sikap terhadap entrepreneur mempunyai hubungan dengan etika organisasi? (2) Apakah kepemimpinan kharismatik mempunyai hubungan dengan etika organisasi? (3) Apakah kecerdasan emosional mempunyai hubungan dengan etika organisasi? (4) Apakah tingkat pendidikan mempunyai hubungan dengan etika organisasi? (5) Apakah pengetahuan tentang budaya organisasi mempunyai hubungan dengan etika organisasi ? (6) Apakah pola penerapan manajemen tertentu berhubungan dengan etika organisasi ? Keberadaan etika organisasi ini perlu diuji kemantapannya apabila dipengaruhi oleh status akreditasi, tingkat pendidikan pimpinan dan penerapan suatu pola manajemen tertentu karena kualitas pengembangan kinerja yang beretika sangat terkait dengan ketiga hal tersebut. Misalnya semakin buruk status akreditasi perguruan tinggi akan memberikan efek terhadap etika organisasi.
