Inklusion von Menschen ohne Internet in zufallsbasierte Onlinepanel-Umfragen

Abstract

Manche Menschen nutzen das Internet nicht oder nur eingeschränkt. Insofern sich diese Menschen, die das Internet nicht nutzen, von Internet-Nutzenden unterscheiden, kann dies ein Problem für probabilistische Onlinepanels darstellen, die Rückschlüsse auf die Allgemeinbevölkerung ziehen möchten. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden daher zwei Strategien zur Inklusion von Menschen ohne Internet vorgestellt, vor dem Hintergrund der existierenden Literatur kritisch diskutiert, und um neue Erkenntnisse aus dem German Internet Panel und dem GESIS Panel ergänzt.
