Abstract

Viele atmen beim Thema Führung erst einmal tief ein. In der Wissenschaft, weil man sich sehr schnell zwischen der fast unendlichen Menge an Führungstheorien und -ansätzen verlieren kann. In der Praxis, weil Führung in der Verwaltung schon lange ein heikles Thema ist und nicht selten als zentrale Schwachstelle der Verwaltungsar-beit betrachtet wird. Ein Thema das leider zu oft nur dann auf der Tagesordnung steht, wenn es um Missstände geht
