Abstract

. The primary objective of any business is to generate the necessary profit to ensure sustainable long-term development. In the context of globalization and intensifying competition, a strategy of international scaling serves as one effective means of achieving this goal. This article examines methodological approaches to global business expansion, using the automotive wheel manufacturing industry as a case study. It outlines an algorithm for a scaling strategy, characterizes the most significant factors influencing the effectiveness of entering foreign markets, and analyzes various growth models (export-based models, the formation of strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions). Finally, the article formulates recommendations for international development specifically tailored to companies operating in the automotive wheel manufacturing sector. Keywords: economic development, business development strategies, business scaling, automotive wheel manufacturing, international business expansion.
