Abstract

Motivasi menuntut agar pemimpin mengetahui bagaimana harus selalu memberikan informasi kepada staf, agar ia menyediakan waktu dan melakukan usaha yang diperlukan untuk memperoleh saran saran dan rekomendasi-rekomendasi dari stafnya mengenai masalah yang menyangkut kepentingan bersama. Hubungan motivasi dan kepemimpinan adalah semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin maka semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi kerja pegawai tersebut dan sebaliknya. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan terhadap hubungan yang berarti antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan motivasi kerja pegawai dapat diterima.
