Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kualitas produk di Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo, (2) mengetahui kualitas pelayanan di Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode observasi, yaitu proses pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan melihat, memantau dan menganalisa secara langsung sehingga akan lebih jelas objek yang diamati. Metode tertulis wawancara / interview, yaitu cara pengumpulan data melalui obrolan atau tanya jawab serta bertatap muka secara langsung. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) kualitas produk di Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo dalam kategori baik. (2) kualitas pelayanan di Kios Rambak Pak Djarwo dalam kategori baik.
