Abstract

PeredarankosmetikdiIndonesiacukuppesat,Masyarakatsekarangmulai beranggapanbahwakosmetiksudahmenjadikebutuhanpokok.kebutuhan mempercantikdiridimanfaatkanolehpelakuusahayangtidakbertanggung jawab dalam memproduksiproduk kosmetik yang berbahaya apabila digunakan.Dalam masalah inidigunakan metode deskriptif,dengan menggunakanmetodepenelitianinidapatmenjawabrumusanmasalahdan menjelaskan secara jelas dengan prispektif emik.Dengan banyaknya peredarankosmetikmenyebabkanbanyakoknum-oknum yangmemproduksi kosmetikyangtidaklayakdipasarkandandipergunakansehinggaBadan PengawasObatdan Makanan (BPOM)menemukan beberapa peredaran kosmetikberbahaya.Peredarankosmetikberbahayainitidakhanyadidalam lingkunganpasartetapijugadidalamlingkungantokoonlinesebesarShopee. Perederankosmetiktidaklayakpakeinisangattidakbaik,sehinggabagisi pelaku akan dikenakan jerathukum sebagaimana telah diaturdalam perundang-undanganIndonesia
