Abstract

Penghargaan, acara sosial, umpan balik berbasis kekuatan, dan berbagai perayaan dirancang untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. Selanjutnya, membedakan antara dorongan dan kebutuhan dan menjelaskan bagaimana kebutuhan dibentuk melalui konsep diri individu dan faktor-faktor pribadi lainnya. Tiga teori yang berfokus pada dorongan dan kebutuhan-Hirarki kebutuhan Maslow, teori kebutuhan McClelland teori kebutuhan yang dipelajari, dan teori empat dorongan-diperkenalkan dan dievaluasi. model keputusan rasional yang populer tentang motivasi karyawan: teori pengharapan. Hal ini diikuti dengan diskusi tentang elemen-elemen kunci dari penetapan tujuan dan umpan balik.
